It started with a cast-iron skillet, a secret spice blend, and a neighborhood full of hungry friends. Founder Marcus Webb spent years perfecting his wing recipes — testing sauces, tweaking temperatures, and obsessing over every crunch. What began as weekend cookouts quickly became something bigger.
In 2019, Marcus opened the first Wing Snob location on N Fry Road in Katy, TX. The mission was clear: serve wings so good that "average" would never be acceptable again. Word spread fast. Lines formed. A community fell in love.
Every sauce recipe is developed in-house, never from a bottle. From honey sriracha to smoky garlic parmesan, each one tells a story.
We source fresh chicken daily and partner with local suppliers whenever possible to keep quality at its absolute peak.

Wing Snob Opens Its Doors
Marcus Webb opens the original Wing Snob location at 3902 N Fry Rd, Katy, TX. The first menu features 8 sauces and a simple promise: legendary wings only.
Launching Delivery & Online Orders
Adapting to the times, Wing Snob launched a full delivery service and online ordering system — bringing bold flavors straight to your door across the Katy area.
Expanding the Flavor Menu
The sauce roster grew from 8 to 20+ flavors, including fan-favorites like Mango Habanero, Lemon Pepper Supreme, and the infamous Carolina Reaper Challenge.
Katy's Best Wings Award
Wing Snob was voted "Katy's Best Wings" by local readers for the first time — a milestone that cemented the brand's place in the hearts (and stomachs) of the community.
Catering & Events Program Launch
Wing Snob began offering full-service catering for corporate events, birthday parties, game days, and private gatherings — spreading the flavor love beyond our walls.
